Shipping & Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are dissatisfied with the product in any way, you can return them to us free of charge providing your return adheres to the return as stated below.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, you have the right to return them and get your money back. You must return the goods to us within 28 days. Sale items can only be returned within 7 days of receipt. This right of cancellation does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal, the details of which are on the order Cancellation section of the website.

You can return the product and get a refund if:

They got back on our returns. See Return Instructions for return process. They have not been damaged, washed, altered or excessively worn and must include the original packaging, labeling and Timberland return form located at the bottom of the packing list (included with the delivered goods). You must return your package (s) to us using the printable returns label available from our website.

We will do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Returns with complete documentation prioritized. Note that Timberland is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us. Please keep the UPS tracking number until your order has been credited.
